Terms of Service
These terms describe the expected use of OCO for subcontractor bid, project, document, email, and compliance workflows.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered or imported into OCO, including bid dates, contract amounts, compliance deadlines, emails, documents, and team access.
OCO may provide workflow automation, reminders, extraction, calculations, and draft documents. These tools support your operations, but they are not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or compliance advice.
Accounts and Access
Workspace owners and admins control team invitations, role assignments, connected mailboxes, and company data. Keep credentials secure and remove access for users who no longer need the service.
Acceptable Use
Do not use OCO to upload unlawful content, transmit malware, abuse email systems, bypass access controls, or access another workspace without authorization.
Billing and Automated Mailing
OCO Automated Mailing is an optional company add-on billed at $50 per month in advance, with no trial and no included mail pieces. The subscription renews monthly until a workspace owner or administrator cancels it, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Creating, reviewing, downloading, printing, and mailing a notice yourself does not require this add-on.
Each physical mail piece is priced before submission. The exact customer price shown at final review is recorded when the carrier accepts that piece and is billed as usage on the next monthly Stripe statement. A past-due subscription pauses new automated-mail submissions but does not remove existing notices, mailing history, or available tracking records.
You must review and authorize the final document, recipients, mailing addresses, services, and total before OCO submits physical mail. Provider submission or carrier acceptance can limit or eliminate the ability to cancel a mail piece. You remain responsible for recipient selection, factual accuracy, deadlines, and legal sufficiency.
Service Changes
Features may change as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms should be reviewed with your company administrator.
